The Ghost of Munich: Why should the political agreement that is currently taking place between Freedom and Change and the putschists be rejected, and what is the alternative? Amgad Fareid Eltayeb ( Peace for our time ), this was the phrase uttered by British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain after he signed the Munich Agreement with Adolf Hitler in September 1938. This agreement aimed mainly at appeasing Hitler through a settlement that included accepting his annexation of the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia to preserve what seemed to be stability in the European continent at the time. But the  (About us, without us) agreement, as the Czechs called it, ended only six months after it was signed with Hitler’s occupation of all the lands of Czechoslovakia, then the outbreak of World War II in September 1939, and millions of deaths in massacres of genocide, gas burners, and war battles throughout the world. What is happening now in Sudan brings back the specter of Munich to mind.

    شبح ميونيخ : لماذا يجب رفض الاتفاق السياسي الذي يتم حاليا بين الحرية والتغيير والانقلابيين، وما هو البديل د. أمجد فريد الطيب   ( جئتكم بالسلام في عصرنا ) ، كانت هذه هي العبارة التي قالها رئيس الوزراء البريطاني   نيفيل تشامبرلين بعد توقيعه على اتفاقية ميونيخ مع ادولف هتلر في سبتمبر ١٩٣٨ . هدفت تلك الاتفاقية بشكل اساسي الي استرضاء هتلر عبر تسوية تتضمن القبول بضمه لمنطقة السودييت التابعة لتشيكوسلوفاكيا للحفاظ على ما بدى انه استقرار في القارة الاوروبية حينها . ولكن اتفاقية عننا، وبدوننا ( About us, without us )   كما اسماها التشيك، انتهت بعد ستة اشهر فقط من توقيعها باحتلال هتلر لكافة اراضي تشيكوسلوفاكيا ثم اندلاع الحرب العالمية الثانية في سبتمبر ١٩٣٩وملايين القتلى في مجازر الابادة الجماعية ومحارق الغاز والمعارك الحربية على امتداد العالم . ما يحدث الان في السودان يعيد شبح ميونيخ الي الاذهان .   الاجابة على السؤال الوارد في العنوان تتطلب العودة الي الاساسيات .   فاولا العملية السياسية الحالية - والتي ظلت مستمرة في الخفاء لفترة حتى انتجت هذا الاتفاق الاطاري، لم يقوم اساسها على الب

  ملاحظات على مسودة الاتفاق الإطاري أمجد فريد الطيب   في يوم الثلاثاء 22 نوفمبر، أعلنت قوى الحرية والتغيير ان مجلسها المركزي قد ناقش واجاز مسودة الاتفاق الاطاري ، الذي كانت قد أعلنت عن عزمها على توقيعه مع المعسكر الانقلابي كتطوير للتفاهمات السابقة فيما بينهم. كان حرياً بالحرية والتغيير نشر هذه المسودة فور اجازتها على أوسع نطاق ممكن، ومحاولة الاسترشاد بالرأي العام في تطويرها، ذلك إن لم تكن مجرد أداء واجب في اخراج اتفاقات مسبقة. وفي كل الأحوال لا تزال الفرصة متاحة للاسترشاد بالرأي العام للسودانيين الذين تمثلهم في التفاوض مع العسكر قبل التوقيع على هذه المسودة كاطار للحل السياسي. ولعل من المجدي هنا اقتراح عقد ورش نقاش مفتوحة مع الفاعلين السياسيين والاجتماعيين حول هذه الوثيقة في الأيام القليلة الماضية قبل المضي قدماً في توقيعها وفرضها كأمر واقع، وهذه ممارسة ينبغي أخذها والتعامل معها بجدية وليس كمجرد أداء واجب. من الضروري الانتباه الي انه وبدون ملكية حقيقية واسعة ومشاركة جماهيرية في دعم أي خط سياسي يهدف لحل سلمي لانقلاب 25 أكتوبر، يصبح هذا الاتفاق او غيره مجرد تقنين لانقلاب البرهان – ح

  موقع الحزب الاتحادي الديموقراطي في الوضع السياسي الحالي: اصابع حميدتي، طه عثمان الحسين، قوى الحرية والتغيير واخرين أمجد فريد الطيب                                                               لعل عودة مولانا محمد عثمان الميرغني، زعيم طائفة الختمية، ورئيس الحزب الاتحادي الديموقراطي الاصل، وما صاحبها من نزاع في مراسم استقباله في المطار بين قسمي الحزب، وانتهى بمغادرة ابنه محمد الحسن، والامين السياسي للحزب ابراهيم الميرغني لمراسم الاستقبال، تاركاً الاستقبال للقسم الذي يقود ابنه الاخر جعفر، وما تلا ذلك من احداث الاعتداء عليه ابراهيم ومحمد الحسن خلال مغادرتهم للمطار، تستحق النظر مرة اخرى لموقع الحزب في العملية السياسية ومدى تأثيره عليها.  الشاهد ان محمد الحسن الميرغني وابراهيم الميرغني يقودان جناحا داخل الاتحادي الأصل يعتزم المشاركة في العملية السياسية التي اعلنت قوى الحرية والتغيير عن بدئها بالتفاهمات التي توصلت اليها مع العسكر بالاستناد مسودة الوثيقة الدستورية التي اعدتها لجنة تسيير نقابة المحاميين الي واعلنوا عن نيتهم لتحويلها الي اتفاق اطاري بينهم وبين قادة الانقلاب. بل ان محم
